"I've worked for Chickasaw Nation Industries since 2013 on a government contract with the FAA, though I've been working on this job since 2009. (The previous company on this contract was ASRC.) I have found the company to straightforward and trustworthy. Though there was a significant cut in benefits when they took over, they have not made promises that they haven't kept."

"The sense of accomplishment and seeing the amount of work produced daily at it's peak."

"Be honest and ethical in your answers. CNI values these and has them in their job descriptions."

What don't you like about working at Chickasaw Nation Industries?

"Upper management was too conservative and was told so by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid when they lost the contract."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be good to listen to the people in direct relationship to the work production team."

"Because we were contractors we were not afforded any benefits and there really wasn't any room for change."

"I feel management should be able to make changes for improvement as they see fit instead of putting the request through to the Governor of the company and waiting months for a response."
