Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company has been sold."

What don't you like about working at Charles River Press?

"The biggest issue was the sales team did not pursue additional customers. Yes that is a true statement. They pursued new bids by solicitating opportunities from outside distributers. This process allowed these distributers to shop our price to thier customers and oftened caused us to drop our price or lose the job. I beliee the sales staff should have pursued these opportunities on thier own, which would have increased sales and production, and possibly eliminated the opportunity to sell the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion would be as stated above, drive the sales team to secure additional sales opportunities by cold calls or customer visits."
