What do you like about working at Chapman Development?
"Location and pay rate was the primary factor. Balancing the books and logistically dealing with people was alright."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask tons and tons of hard questions. It will either upset them so much that they throw you out, or you will recognize right off the bat that they are incompetent. One of my first assignments had to deal with a debt collector because they were refusing to pay a bill that they didn't understand (and I think willingly avoiding). hello! Red Flag Alert!"
What don't you like about working at Chapman Development?
"The CEO was maniacally crazy and wanted things not available, whether they were answers or situations; and his temper got the better of him at times."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They had the same work done multiple times; it felt like busy work, almost like they didn't believe the results from someone, so they made someone else do it for the same result. They also gave no level of trust. Financially they were a mess, and would not follow bookkeeper and accountant's recommendations to set up a stable system - thus causing undo stress on the employess."
