Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Relax and be yourself. Ask questions. Dress professionally. Be prepared."

What don't you like about working at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes?

"Micromanagement! Some of the regional directors are WAY too overbearing and controlling - and are really only concerned about numbers - and expect growth even when the cost of program is extravagant, especially in a poor economy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop promoting people because they've been at LBLP for YEARS and YEARS and/or because they are related. Stop giving raises, then taking them away and more when student numbers drop. Lower hourly rate to get more students in the door, and increase rate of pay for all in the center."

"Helping the children"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are much much more concerned with the financial aspect than the welfare of the children. Make sure the Center you are going into is adequately staffed or you will wind up doing the job of 3 people. A good job for salesman not an educator. HEAVY sales. Corporate is very cult-esque. Do reasearch before you accep the position!"

"The hours, the corporate approach, the lying, the money driveness."
