"I have worked for CDW for over a year. It is a great place to work, wonderful people, great work environment. You do have to work hard but if you put your heart into your job you will be rewarded. Like many things in life you get out what you put in. The pay scale could be better, however with the right client base you will do just fine. It can be rough in the beginning but if you stick with it you will start to see the money coming in."

"I worked for CDW for 5 years and I saw many good things but specific things I hated like when the opportunity to hire from within to a supervisor role they always hired from outside the department and in our case we deal with configuring computers and servers for our customers and these new hires didn't know anything at all, so they had no idea what we did or what every job took to complete. They were used to people just scanning boxes and you can't run a department with supervisors that have no clue."
