"Lack of direction from the top and stagnation have hurt this company from reaching it's peak. Negative attitude and verbal abuse is common among some in the sales department. Owner is very hands off and prefers to work on jobs as opposed to leading his company. If the company and figure out how to remove it's cancer and get everyone on the same page they could be very successful."
