"When you have ideas your are basically ignored and your opinions don't matter. Your concerns are left unresolved."

"We should work as a team not as individual departments. Our opinions matter. If your employees are happy your company would strive."

"Co workers are all willing to help eachother out despite lack of mangement."

"Make sure you get a clear understanding of the hours that you will be expected to work,"

"There is no recognition for a job well done, or a feat never before accomplished. There is absolutely no work/life balance. I currently work an average of 70 hours a week."
