"Frequent turnover of the senior management made it more difficult to complete and accomplish goals it fostered an environment of lack of accountability which was deleterious to the plant equipment and employee morale"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Streamline senior management to an effective size to speed decision making processes. Recruit management that is willing to accept a long term committment to the company and not looking for the next big promotion as soon as they start. Recency syndrome spawns excessive short term decision making and a has negative effect on the long term health of a company."
