"it was an excellent company but it was a seasonable job and I need a full time all year around job"

"To dress in business attire and to get out your team leader skills and milestone skill and wanting to be around children because you want the children to be in a safe environment."

What don't you like about working at Broward County Public Schools?

"I liked every thing about this company and there was nothing I didn't like besides the fact that it was only a seasonable job and I needed a full time all or part time job but all year around job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No suggestions management did everthing well and when you had any problem management did came back within a reasonable period of time with the solution to any issue."

"Summers off, all the holidays breaks, connecting to community and the kids every day something different happens"

"Know your duties and do them to the best of your abilities, avoid the politics try to be helpful to everyone, show courtesy to everyone."

What don't you like about working at Aurora Public Schools?

"Institutional redundancy that turns the kids minds off limited expectation for the kids, influencing society in a negative stereotypical way. Unable to see how blaming teachers for what needs to happen at home. Improves on change anything."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember what happens in the trenches, don't for get to lead by example, including pay cuts!"
