What don't you like about working at The Salter School of Nursing?
"the company is always looking for a fast fix even if it makes things worse. this company believes that using some one with many years experience at the same facility is best for there company. I would question why they are leaving a company they have been with for an extended amount of time"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"stop trying to make quick fixes, use people from outside the industry with fresh ideas. you have just about killed the school and its reputation it would take a miracle to salvage it know with your tarnished reputation in the state of new hampshire"

"getting to change the lives of less fortunate people(students) to see each student mature and advance in there field"

"I would stay away will promise you everything and maybe come through on 10% of those promises"

"company truly does not care about the student or its staff. they are just concerned about the bottom line even if the decision is destructive to the company"

"think before you pull the trigger you might just be working backwards based on your decisions"

"Controlling, top-down, centralized, compliance driven, single-minded, insulated, conforming, uniform, inbred."

"Opportunity to run my own show, but after arriving realized that Speedy Moore was looking over our shoulders and micro-managing every step of the way at every campus location."

"Make sure you know what you're getting into and check to see how deep the water is before you jump in."

"The previous management sucked."

"From what I understand, Reggie Moore is now at the helm and Reggie's a good man."

"The experience I gained and the academic staff."

"Be loyal, be prepared and work hard. The company has great potential for growth with new ideas."
What don't you like about working at National College?
"The strategic structure of campus put all responsibility of on Campus Director. There were no Deans or Directors and only 4 academic full time employees. Therefore, making it difficult to balance personal and business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Appoint a Director of Admissions and Academic Dean and Operations Director. This would allow for delegation and teams to be put together to get more done and more growth for the campus."

"I opened the first ever branch campus of BCC and was motivated by opportunity to run my own show and gain experience as a Campus Director"

"I'm in no position to answer this question since there has been a total turnover in personnel since I resigned."
What don't you like about working at Blue Cliff College?
"Salary levels were far below average and management was a dictatorship with an incestuous management team"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since Moore has been ejected, I believe Reggie Moore is probably doing a much better job and Directors annual bonuses are probably being paid unlike during my tenure"
