"Worked for CAI Safety Systems from 2010 to 2015. My rating of 3 stars is due to a lack of appreciation for creating new products and increasing their profits by over 40%. The other I did not receive one raise the entire time I worked there. The relationship with my supervisor was good. He had some ideas then I would design that entire system then get our structural engineer to approve and stamp all of the draws good for fabrication. On all the projects I worked on for customers. I would work from conception to design to creating all shop drawings the ordering of all materials and hardware required. Then be the on-site manager to ensure all systems were it stalled as codes required. Some of the installation management was down at my desk. I could always resolve any issue with the installation. I knew their system inside out. Not getting any recognition for that made the job unfulfilling."
