"I had the opportunity to experience so much in such a short time. I had the ability to work personally with Bobby Flay. I got to see how every facet of a high end casino worked. It was an excellent experience all around."

"My direct Management was very indifferent and selfish ignoring any consideration to employees humane treatment and respect. A lot of backstabbing and rumors about temates."

"Evaluate employees according to their performance. Be honest and truthful. Offer assistance and encouragement when an employee shows great desire to learn and a committment to grow and advance within the company. Do not listen to lies and rumors about an employee. Find the facts and do the evaluation based on facts, honesty, and integrity."
