Management Most of them are making ~$1.2 mill a year so they are pretty satisfied to simply sit and maintain the status quo. Hopefully, if revenues don't come back the shareholders should make a change in senior management. I think they need it. Get HR and internal hiring practices in order, you are hiring people who have no semI experience or managerial experience and it shows. Stop the politics and get back to core competences. If you don't start getting new products out there you will loose your IP on your legacy products and hence your margins. Remember Copper That was pure idiocy at its best.
4.3I worked for Cabot Microelectronics for 6 months on a cooperative internship. During this time, I learned extensively about good manufacturing processes, how to clearly communicate with teammates, and how to lead and collaborate on innovative projects.
