"This is a small team of sharp programmers. I have a lot of creative freedom and a chance to work in all aspects of the code. The product is well received, and management is very competent and inspiring."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest, be yourself. This is a good company if you can work well in a team without a lot of oversight. I would recommend it."
What don't you like about working at iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations?
"The location, my family and I just don't fit in Boston at all. We have tried for a year to find our place hear but miss the mid west a great deal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is doing a great job, they are open and responsive to my suggestions as I bring them up to them."
