"I would suggest having more outside activities for team building."

What do you like about working at Santander?
"First and foremost, I enjoy my co-workers, and helping them succeed. I like working for a company that has superior products to our competitors, and I like the opportunities that exist for top performers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared for a poor work life balance. This is almost irrelevant for single individuals w/o kids, a wife, etc. Unfortunately, we are losing many good people who need more time with their families."
What don't you like about working at Santander?
"The culture. Very micro managed and overall moral is low unfortunately. I also dislike the lack of branch locations, but this is only temporary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Managemen does a great job of conveying the goals and articulating a clear message, but the governance is too heavy."
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I like being professional and dressing up and working hard for my money, and getting to the next level and learning new things daily."

"Ask a lot of questions, never settle for less, and always make sure it's the best decision."

"Practice what the vision and values state in the company's mission statement. Practice what you preach."

"The employees and coworkers are what makes the bank a good place to work."

"Apply online and do your research online before interviewing. Also try to speak to current employees before interviewing or accepting a position."
What don't you like about working at Comerica?
"The ability to move up within the company seems to be limited and most are over qualified in their respective positions which causes alot of turnover leaving for better opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The bank is very conservative and that creates less risk for losses in acquiring new business, however, to grow you have to be willing to put some risk out there which the bank doesn't seem willing."
What do you like about working at Bank of America?
"Learning environment. At the beginning I learned extensively about business culture and finance."

"Act like you are trainable and that you do not have an ounce of ambition so that when you outperform your managers they don't keep you from being promoted."

"Advancement opportunities. You were on your own in advancing even if performance was stellar."

"If I am top five in the nation in sales for 8 straight months, promote me."

"Your employees are your lifeline. Don't take advantage of them."

"Be smart, and a hard worker. You must be flexible to change at this organization."

"They have very frequent lay offs and reorganizations across the board."

"Go for all business in these economic conditions. Earn every dollar from clients, versus only concentrating on emerging wealth."

"I truly enjoy the customer base and business approach PNC has."

"PNC Bank truly is a good company to work for and I would advise anyone to seek employment there."
What don't you like about working at PNC Financial?
"I did not like the territory I was responsible for because it didn't give me any time at home with my children throughout the week."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would still be working with PNC had I been considered for the three positions I applied for but was not hired because they didn't want to take me out of the territory I was in because I was doing so good in that territory."
