2.5 Training is offered in small doses and seemingly only to hold someone responsible for anything that may go wrong. All training is reactionary, never proactive. The Plant Manager (I regret having to call him this but it is his title) finds fault with everything. I'm not the guy that writes these type of reviews. I do this because I wish someone would have warned me. Good Luck!

they really needed to only hire printing personal to fill all their jobs. Some real planning would have also been nice and maybe an maintance guy who knew how to work on the press.
