"I got the opportunity to grow and develop my knowledge and skills. I was able to create several management and build tools, and approve my abilities. The environment was perfect where there was no routine and the team spirit was awesome, adding the cooperation between the engineers."

"The management structure seemed to foster an 'us' versus 'them' mentality between workers and management; management seemed to enjoy pitting one team against another."
