"The company was in a constant state of flux as it absorbed the company I had previously worked for that it had absorbed (Radianz). Direction changed from day-to-day."

"Cost containment is important, but a better balance between cost containment and maintaining strong in-house skill sets needs to be achieved."

"They hired me to teach their junior staff then fired me.The CIO announced that if anyone gets fired they will not collect their vac pay, etc. Then they had to reduce 10% of the newly hired staff as their stock tumbled. They outscourced their HR and hired outscourced employees that abused the new staff. Age discrimination is the norm. The director at the NOC in Princeton was clearly jealous of me. One of the guys just drank alcohol all night an watched Youtube. This was ok cause again they all knew one another from BMS. I'm surprised they are still in business."

"Fire them!"

"Being a large European corporation, the flexibility in working from home and other initiatives to promote a not only green energy work environment but a true balance between work and family was extraordinary. It was very inspiring, I feel my productivity was increased and always at its peak as a result."
