"Company is good, it has good working environment. The work is repetitive but interesting. We solve field and design issues daily. "senior managers are all British who do not care about career path of low-level engineers who are actually those who do the work"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"mart British should learn hard to hire software engineers who writes refactored code and simple manageable code"
