"It's another run of the mill contracting company. You may have a great experience or you may have a terrible one. It's not really up to them since you're framed out to various clients."

"I began working for Brooksource in early October and it has been quite a ride so far. A lot of communication is involved and being open with everyone and being able to be vocal is encouraged to be able to compensate on any matter. It is a contracting job so once the overall project is done we are done working for them. Can not move up in position either. That is just how a contracting job works."

"From the first day, I was misled on time off, rules for the company and ultimately how they worked. Reluctantly, I took a contract to hire position and found out within two weeks I had made a huge mistake. Representative did not support me in issues that occurred within the company that I was contracted to. I was left to fend for myself and ultimately forced to resign. Even with the situation that happened they treated me as an outsider and didn't accommodate my situation in the end. I did everything my contracted employer asked of me and it wasn't enough. My age played a huge part but it was hard to prove under the circumstances. They said they would find me work but two months after I was forced to resign, they never contacted me for anything. Luckily I found something on my own a lot better. Think first before you hand your life over to them."

"The only tips I can give for interviewing with Brooksource is to be absolutely honest in your responses."

"I do not like that there are no benefits package available."

"I do not have any suggestions to off for Management at this time."

"The pay rates were good but not the most competitive for the position in the job market."

"Make sure background checks include physical requisites for employment opportunities."

"Run away, run very far away, run fast. These people will tell you anything. Their loyalty is to the client, not the consultant."

"There is no dialog between consultant and account representative. There is no support for consultants."

"Schedule weekly meetings & dialogs with consultants. Follow up with their concerns."
