"There were a lot of late nights and 3 am press checks that could have been avoided with more communication and cooperation from senior management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's too late now, but I wished they wouldn't have sold off the consumer products, nutritional, and medical device divisions. Diversity was key in keeping the company in the top five pharmaceutical companies category."
