"If you don't like micromanagement and operating under much stress, do not apply."

"Management is terrible especially on the PAC Team (Voice Services). It is vey micromanaged and people are in leadership positions only because their friends groomed them there. PAC management is very discriminatory, if you are black, you will make it high up."

"Needs a whole new management that knows how to lead, not bosses. Management needs to treat their employees as adults, not children, by not micromanaging them."
