"Management at the first and second tiers. Frankly, BoeingCreative Services is/was run by substandard ignorant managers, who do not understand services or creativity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of second tier management. Replace all of Boeing Creative Services top management. IMHO they were out of their depth and had no understanding of design discipline."
