"Stay away from the on-line employment system. It rarely posts open, and or real jobs. Management often uses this as a tool to acertain skill availability. The best is to meet a current employee and obtain the names and contact info of managers and approach these managers directly. You will find this is a much more dynamic process, and in many cases will get you an interview, and possible referral to a hiring manager."
