"Employed with the company since 2006. Very successful company and business levels are very high. Overall, a well run company, however, some departments could use a lot of housecleaning.The company pays well and likewise the benefits are good, but in some departments, the company doesn't seem to value experience and they do not place any value on helping employees to grow/develop and advance."

"don't, I really feel until there is a major change in the corp culture it would not be very fulfilling."

"nothing, ther is really not much the company offers if you are interested in furthering your career. the longer you work there the more your skills deteriorate."

"open your eyes and get rid of the good ol boy network"

"My first real experience with a giant corporate merger between BN and the Sante Fe RRs"

"Labor (unions)-management relations need steady hand, not constantly changing"

"I enjoyed working with the entire campus and getting involved with every aspect of the company through various group meetings you could attend. I also enjoyed the different software available and their intranet resources."

"Be honest and have plenty of questions ready."

"As I mentioned before, the only thing they really needed to be fair about was balancing their work/family life environment for unexpected family situations."
