"The climate, by that I mean the temperature is either always too cold in there or too hot."

"New furnace and air conditioning unit, its pretty old and out dated."

"Communicaqtion from top down was not best, and at the end of our existance, the falsehoods being told to the employees."

"Communicate more to the employees and listen to what the employees have to say. Some of the best ideas come from an employee."

"This would be a great place to work if you are doing full time positions with them. This place is also very good for contract work also. The managers, supervisors, the whole team is just excellent and great trustworthy people to work with. I would join another contract or full time position anytime if I am currently not on another project or full time job."
