"I've worked for big y for 10 years. They have given me the ability to learn and practice my skills in the bakery industry. They have promoted me several times and I am currently the full time cake decorator. The store i currently work in has about 100 employees currently in our store. It offers employees several opportunities to cross train in other departments to expand their knowledge in other area's of the store, it helps to better serve our customers. They give fair reviews. They're fair"
