"know what you are getting in to. The building it temperature controlled and kept very cold. It is not for everyone so give it a try but don't feel bad if it is not your thing they will understand."

"The communication between scheduling, production and shipping was lacking and many times was the cause for extra work loads and missed or short orders."
What suggestions do you have for management?
