"Don't expect big raises, do expect lots of praise for your accomplishments, generally. Do expect loads of exceptionally nice people with a few ole-timer grinches thrown in here and there."

"Old-fashioned employee relations, structure, attitude. Dug-in bored and complacent decades-long managers here and there in organization. If you can avoid/tolerate those, it's a wonderful place to work."

"Update with modern employee relations, flexibility in work/life balance, enforcement of gender equality, respect. Require evaluations of managers from subordinates, sent to upper management."
