He spends too much time worrying about his personal life, and very little worrying about how the staff is doing or how efficiently work is being completed. He doesn't reinforce the team mentality."

"Take into consideration how the employees feel, and occasionally put their needs before my own. This industry requires the office, as a whole, to work as a team."
