They are very family oriented and you are treated as if your opinion matters, at least in the Facility's Department. The upper management has an open door policy and have always had the time to talk. The pay is comparable with the market and the bonuses far exceed my expectations."

People are nice here, and also easy to communicate with, so my projects can go smooth when I need to work with different teams or departments. "I've worked for Blue Shield of California for 5+ years. It is a great place to work, and has consistently been a great place to work. The work-life balance in IT Operations is great. Their employee programs are extensive and very helpful. I utilized the tuition reimbursement program and obtained my Master's degree recently, and was reimbursed ~65% of tuition. I have received a merit increase every year between 4-5%, and have received a significant bonus every year as well."
