"This used to be the best bank in the industry for employees. Since the change in senior leadership in 2010, the bank has done a complete 180 degree change in the company culture.The focus is now totally profit driven with no regard for client service or for employee satisfaction. This bank is now like every other large banking juggernaut out there. It is a true shame."

"Ask about sick leave policy, be aware that even if you have kids who get sick your time off is held against you."

"Vacation and time off policy was too restrictive. Employer didn't know about FMLA policy."

"Dump the one week off manditory, use PTO instead of sick leave."

"make sure you give a good overview of your roles and responsibilities."

"My average work week is about 65 hours. The amount of work I must do for each loan is extensive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen more intently to the employees. Ther bank doesn't always listen to the employess."
