"Small, family-owned, and not committed to improving their product. You will find no end of frustration trying to fix what is broken. They are more committed to ship dates than they are specifying a quality product. I would call this engineering fantasy camp for the Napoleonic owner-operator head salesman. I think he will go to his grave an engineer wanna-be. Avoid them if you can."
