They preach six-sigma but not sure if the company even knows what six-sigma is because they are the opposite of lean technology and six-sigma principles. "Hope to get off a contract job and move over to get hired in full time at Siemens health care that is taking over Bayer plant. If not plan to start a new career with someone company that has full time openings ."
