"They were not able to pay for your level of education, training, and experience. Since there were many people staying there for decades, the chance for promotion was limited."

"Always keep looking for ways to improve efficiencies, do not allow workers to stay stagnant in education, training, or experience, and always look to improve pay and benefits"
