"Very little growth opportunity for employees who are under the age of 30"

"My boss (the owner) is amazing to work for, she is very easy going and works well with school schedules"

"Well I liked my co-workers until the GM goes on firing streak b/c of the fact that he loves to get drunk while he manages the place."

"Yes, don't waste gas money to even fill out application. STAY AWAY!!!! It's like a game to see who gets fired next!!!"
What don't you like about working at RocketFire Pizza?
"I hate absolutely everything about it. The management is rude and inconsiderate. They treat us like we're worthless. Right when you step in building you'll become angry."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop drinking on job and making your employees lives miserable. Also, management shouldn't be allowed to have there boyfriend as bartender. It's annoying hearing the manager constantly flirt with bartender."

"The hours aren't the greatest and it is a lot of late nights."

"The nature of the restaurant business is fast paced and includes high tension which causes stress. Also, I make less than $16,000 a year."

"Management needs to better anticipate customers and clientele in order to be better prepared for busy nights."

"This job can't support you if you're living on your own; plan to go into management as soon as possible, if you can navigate the political climate."

"Very stressful environment due to the nature of the job, managers need to help us manage that stress better, build a team mentality."

"More consistency, more active leadership front of house, setting clearer expectations, keeping up with morale and boosting it when necessary, helping us enjoy our work, reducing the stress of the workplace."

"It's a minimum wage serving job with little room for advancement."

"I would work to reduce the number of staff since labor is our biggest problem."

"The room for advancement is none. No benefits and working till 3am takes its toll."

"I enjoy the fast cash, working with the public, the employees that work there, fun at times while still being professional."

"Applebee's did not offer any benefits for the employees. Working til 2 to 3 am."

"They treated their employees like humans rather then robots, operations will work better."

"The people, both employees and guests. I enjoyed going to work only because it did not feel like work all of the time."

"Typical restaurant; just be yourself and understand that you will meet a wide range of people and make good money, but have to put in some hard work for it."

"At time we were short staffed making it stressful for everyone. Also, I worked open to close shifts and that took a lot out of me."

"Hire more help and be more present in the day to day activities."
