What do you like about working at Bard?

"The people. So many of the employees started out of high school and were still working at the same station 20, 30 and 40 years later, doing the same work. There were pictures that showed how some of the workers grew into adulthood."

What don't you like about working at Bard?

"It was a manufacturing environment and I found it to be stagnant. I'm a creative/innovative person and that doesn't always fit in a setting that operates from of consistency - very few opportunities to think outside of the box."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is silly but I was able to convince the plant and operations manager to take the catheters that didn't pass inspections, and use them to make Christmas ornaments - funny and the employees enjoyed doing something different."
