"I've worked for CR Bard for 3 years. I originally started with Lutonix, which was purchased by Bard in 2011. I've found the company to be a very good company to work for thus far. We have currently undergone some management and upper management changes."

"CEO Staff managment offtenly oversee the growt of the emplees and when opportunities come no growing opportunities to the employees inside the company"

"I would just tell management to keep up what they are doing, continue to treat the employees as they have been."

"Most of the people were great to work for. One exception was a VP of manufacturing that had prdjudace against Utahns (Mormons) He no longer works for Bard."

"There could be greater growth opportunities locally. Some resources are not utilized as much as they could be."

"Increase managements involvement with the work process. Numerous things could be streamlined and made much more effective."
