"Be confident. If offered a position, take it. I am proud to say I worked at Columbia Bank for 13 years."

"The work ethic of some of the younger hires. If the motivation to succeed is not there, it can make an unhappy work environment."

"Motivate by encouragement, not threats. Employees need to feel they are valued team members."

"Lack of recognition working for such a large corporation. Branch Manager not experienced."

"Empower other leaders in the branch. Help develop associates versus working everyone to death."

"The people were by far the best part about working at Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Also, really liked the training program and the freedom you had to make your own decisions and move up quickly."

"Make sure you know up front that it is 50 plus hours a week and it will take almost a year before you start making decent money."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?
"Did not feel that the pay equaled the amount of work entailed. Also, did not like how I was treated after I transferred to Kentucky because I felt as if I was a brand new employee rather than one of over two years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not have any suggestions for management. I was very fortunate to have very influential managers during my tenure."
What do you like about working at Hertz?
"I like the team environment and the feel of running your own business"

"Be extremely aggresive. You are a salesman. You will need to be the best and if you can stick it out. There is opportunity"
What don't you like about working at Hertz?
"They constantly have staffing issues which put added pressure on employees. There is a complete lack of leadership and visablity of those in charge. These factors lead to high turnover which repeats the cycle"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would take care of staffing needs. Hertz misses a lot of opportunities because of a lack of leadership"
