"structure of company is unorganized; a lot of changes without proper communication; lack of staffing"

"The concept of where the company was headed was great, the hours were okay and the location was very close to home. There were good incentives for bonus tiers and benefits were affordable."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Great atmosphere, excellent training and wonderful bonus structure.Just beware of lunch and break schedules."
What don't you like about working at Citizens Financial Group?
"We (myself and team members below my level) were often left without lunches, breaks, etc... due to scheduling issues and the absence of the Branch Manager, usually not in the branch."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The manager I worked for and the upper management staff needed more insight of the environment. They were not supportive of busy days, peak hours."

"Family time. Woodforest is a 7 day a week, 364 day a year bank. While convenient, family time takes a back seat."

"Community Commerce had it's positives, however in financial trouble and not the place for long term consideration."

"Flexibility of schedule, small/community bank mentality, and flexibility in range of products."

"Community Commerce Bank is not currently lending due to recent FDIC audit, thus no need for production person like myself. They provide NO training or professional development."

"Properly train and develop new employees as well as existing employees. Provide continuing professional development alternatives."

What do you like about working at Norwest Corp.?
"First, let me say Norwest Financial is no longer in business. However, while working at Norwest Financial, I did enjoy working with some wonderful people. I learned a lot about consumer financing and auditing credit reports to help me make decisions regarding credit limits, marketing, business development and such."

"Their salary/compensation package was nothing to brag about."

"Watch out for AmSouth Management. Not sure about Regions."
What don't you like about working at Regions Financial?
"Upper managment pushing unrealistic goals on managers. They are good at telling you what they want, but horrible about getting u the tools to reach those goals."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Set attainable goals with proper tools in place to acheive those goals. Stop the underhandedness with customers about fees."
