"Good pay but not so good technology"

What do you like about working at Woodruff Arts Center?

"The pay was excellent. You had a lot of freedom to do things in the best way you thought."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Fun company bu some of the upper managers are very elitist and are very unproductive. They are not technically savvy either which hurts the overall organization. Overall I would say it was OK but not great."

What don't you like about working at Woodruff Arts Center?

"The technology was very old and they were very hesitant to go forward. I did what I could with what they had. They never would get developer approval on ideas before going forward with them which really caused major problems and slowed down release times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have LESS meetings, bring at least 1 developer into design meetings since they NEVER get developer opinions, focus more on updating to newer technology or you will lose prospective employees."
