"The company is a small one so there is no real room to move up. However, the workplace environment is relaxing, no pressure, and I'm given plenty of autonomy and resources to accomplish everything required for my position. I am fairly compensated for the work I do, and the team I work with is amazing. There are plenty of opportunities to have a mentor-ship to grow and learn as well."
