"Being an underground mine, it is extremely difficult to successfully supervise employees on a level that would assure an acceptable level of compliance to federal, state, and even company standards and regulations."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Develope a better relationship between the laborers and management to increase compliance levels. A better explination of why the new standards are being implemented might decrease their level of resistance."

"I liked the freedom to build the solutions as I pleased, Had ultimate control to build the solution."

"If you are used to a high paced environment with the expectations of producing results, slow down because they dont nessisarily appriciate that mentallity. This job is more about making people laugh."
