2I regretfully worked at this for more than a year. A year+ lost professionally. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked for in my 15-year career.

The desperation is so visible at this small mom-and-pop shop that will never grow. You're better off looking for another opportunity.
The turnover rate is greater than 50%. You'll realize you're being taken advantage of in a matter of hours and you'll spend the rest of your time looking for opportunities to get out.
Daily beratement, behavior is predicated by avoiding being targeted for yelling, public embarrassment. If you've ever succeeded somewhere this won't be that place.
On a death spiral driven by the CEO who listens to no one and cares for no one but himself. The CEO was known for writing fake reviews to boost their score and manage spin for what really is a toxic and hostile work environment.
3.4Excellent supervisor and team. It is unfortunate that there is very little upper management support or leadership. There is no thought to software architecture so everyone is always reacting to new requirements or scrambling to fix for poorly thought out initial requirements. Due to this there is a high turn over. Benefits are nothing special and there is no 401k matching.
