"Spend a little time training and grooming their employees for upcoming projects. This would afford them the opportunity to retain good workers."

"During my time there... the people where great, the managers varied from adequate to exceptional. However, managers are only human (these do aim to get PMP!)! Overall, Great place to work."

"Apogen Technologies Inc. at Department of Homeland Security in Springfield, VA needs a whole new group of Professional Managers, the President of the United States of America would be very amazed! at whats really going on down there. I guess because is small they figure no one will find out the things they are doing and the way they are treating human beings down there, and because job opportunities are few people are afraid to speak out."

"Department of Homeland Security needs to do a whole sweep of this site. God Bless anyone who is still there."

"Doesn't promote networking between contractors. Weak Management in the field."

"Provide communications that allow contractors to openly discuss solutions that they run into and resolve."

"Distance to travel each day. Depending on traffic it could take me 1 hr to 2 1/2 hours to get to work"

"Develop a Telework program to assist with long commutes."
