"Do not work here no matter how desperate you are to find a job. There is zero job security and there is constant change over because people will quit with no notice due to how terrible it is or the owner's will fire someone for seemingly no reason. Extra/overtime hours are expected from you and if you don't then they will enforce mandatory overtime and if you're a salaried employee you will get no compensation for it."
