"The one thing I love about being an animator is the ability to bring life to my ideas. And I truly mean bring life, I get to make objects, scenes, characters all come to life. There's no greater feeling in the world. Other than that I also love being an animator because it gives me the chance to turn heads and really inspire."

"I went in as a contractor so I don't have experience interviewing with them."
What don't you like about working at Creativity, Inc.?
"The commute wasn't the best. but worth it to work there."

"I don't have any suggestions I think they good and heathy working environment."
What do you like about working at Boise State University?
"Moving into exciting intellectual territory and work with intelligent people."

"This is not going to be a viable company - ever. The institute survives on grants and hot air."
What don't you like about working at Boise State University?
"No clear leadership. Wounded posturing to hide incompetence and negligence. More about pretentious job title with no execution than anything else."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respect your employees. Denial isn't an answer to every problem."

"It was a very fun and friendly environment, I never felt like any of the work was tedious."
