"From a innovative standpoint, the culture is increasingly hindered by committee."

"Reward and encourage innovation. Try to reduce reliance on committees for generating innovation."

"My dislikes are: bad management, too big of a company to monitor each department, bad communication between management and employees, and tons of politics."

"I would suggest an open channel for communication, delegating the right projects to the right people, and hiring organizational behavior consultants."
