"The main laboratory manager showing up drunk, the assistant mangers are too lazy to help. It's a place that shows a lot of favoritism. It's not what you know but who you know. A lot of politics involved causing your job to be harder than it is at the same time you are trying to promote a positive work place for your employees. A lot of negative vibes and employees leaving because of all the broken promises/guarantees and lies by upper management."
