"Just do your best. Remember that you are there to help the customer...no matter how long it takes : )"

What don't you like about working at Aetna?

"Honestly its their policy about helping out people in 6 minutes or less on the phone. Most calls take longer and if we were on longer than 6 minutes we were sent IM's stating that which can be distracting and frustrating when you are trying to give excellent customer service"

"Quality over quantity for calls. Making the customer happy should be most important"
